The mould clamping device utilizes a toggle mechanism along with a linear guider. Featuring a double station design, it allows the mould platen to move faster and more steadily, improving operational efficiency.

Operators can choose among three modes of operation: “Manual”, “Semi-Automatic”, and “Full Automatic”, offering flexibility according to production needs.
For safety, the machine features a safety door equipped with both electric and mechanical safety devices. This design prevents the mould from closing when the safety door is open, ensuring secure and reliable operation.
The machine supports two blowing cutting functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting, expanding its processing capabilities.
Additionally, it includes a specialized oblique blowing function to enhance product versatility.
